Spa Safety Protocols 

Our promise to you!

  • We are staying healthy and keeping you safe by limiting the amount of days and hours we are seeing clients. 

  • As always we will continue to follow strict sanitation policies before, during, and after each service and/or client interaction. 

    • Thoroughly wiping down all service rooms and tools with approved hospital-grade or EPA-registered disinfectants and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and common areas at a minimum of once every hour.

    • Service providers wearing gloves during services upon client request.

    • Requiring all staff members to pass a Spa Sanitation and Illness Prevention course and performing a practical assessment to ensure they follow the strict guidelines we enforce, including proper hand washing.

    • All linens are single service use

    • A contact-lite transaction process 

  • Clients are asked to wear masks when not in treatment.

  • Social distancing will be enforced. 

  • Only the client receiving the service is permitted to enter. Additional guests, including children, will not be permitted.

  • We will verbally screen clients upon arrival and inquire about the following symptoms:

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath

    • Chills/shaking

    • Muscle pain/headache

    • Sore throat

    • Loss of taste or smell

    • Feeling feverish

    • Known contact with a person confirmed positive for COVID-19

  • A temporary sanitation surcharge will be added to each service.

  • We ask that you book online with the credit card you plan to use so that we may implement touch less payments. 

  • Retail products can be ordered and shipped to you at your request.
