APPOINTMENT AND BOOKING POLICY

APPOINTMENTS

  • Cancellation Policy: Please give us 24/48 hours for any changes or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments. We ask that you try to give us between 24 to 48 hrs notice. If  notification is not given, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $75.

  • We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. If you don’t have your credit card on file we will not book your appointment. If you book the appointment with a credit card and then remove the card your appointment will be canceled. At which point you will be required to place a non refundable deposit of no more than 50% of the service. No Exceptions 

  • We have an online booking page for your convenience we ask that all clients attempt to book via our site. 

  • In the event that you  do not receive a confirmation of your appointment time YOU ARE NOT BOOKED. 

  • If you arrive 15 minutes  late for a scheduled appointment the service provider has the right to refuse service or reduce the length of the service to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be pushed back. 

  • Excessive Tardies will require a pre-payment for services  If you are more than 30 minutes late you are a NO SHOW and will be charged the cancelation fee of $75.

  • All rules extends to members however they will forfeit that months facial and be required to purchase an additional facial or wait until next month. 

  • All children under the age of 18 are classified as minors and must have a parent/guardian signature on their intake form.

  • All children under the age of 12 must have a parent present during their session.

  • We ask that you leave your children at home during your treatment. Children will not be allowed in the treatment room unless they are receiving services. No Exceptions 

  • We are not responsible for minors while left unattended in the waiting area. 

Salon Specials/ Deals 

  • Salon specials or in house deals are valid for the purchased deal for 6 months. 
  • After 6 months any unused portion can be applied to any regularly price service
  • We apologize for any inconvenience but we can not be responsible for the cost of treatments after 6 months. Prices change and to keep our cost low we will not honor any deals that have not been used in more than 6 months.
  • After 6 months a monthly service fee of $5 will be applied to all unused balances.\

Groupon and Salon Deals 

  • Groupon clients are required to book online and supply their voucher code. 

  • A credit card is required for booking if you do not supply a card you will not be booked, if you book with a card and then remove it your appointment will be canceled. 

  • Groupon vouchers will be verified prior to you appointment and redeemed the day of. 

  • In the event that your voucher is found to be fraudulent, canceled immediately before or after treatment or refunded by Groupon after the treatment was performed. We reserve the right to file criminal charges under Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 31.04. Theft of Service. 

  • Groupon clients that No Show or Same Day cancel will be charged a no show fee of $15. The voucher will remain active in our system till the expiration date at which point the cash value will be placed as a credit on the clients account. A full list 

  • We will honor groupons for treatment listed for no more than 5 days after expiration. 

  • We will apply the expired groupon purchase price as a credit towards the treatment listed on the voucher for its regular price. Cannot be used towards any other treatment or special offers. 

  • Gratuity in not included in the voucher our recommended standard is 18% to 20% of the original price not the price paid to Groupon. Groupon takes and keeps 50% to 75% of what you pay to them please tip with that in mind.  

  • If for any reason you are not happy please allow us the chance to fix it.

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Details of Membership Program 

​There is no fee to join our membership. Simply choose a level and let us know when you're ready to sign up! Each month your facial will will paid in advanced through a monthly draft to the credit card on account. Monthly memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment, but we are sure that you'll find the savings and the perks well worth it!

  • Membership is for a minimum 6 month period.

  • Membership benefits available with contract only.

  • Automatic draft is required for all memberships.

  • If for any reason you card is rejected your membership will be canceled and any unused treatments will be forfeited 

  • Membership terms may be changed at anytime and without notice

  • You may cancel your membership at any time after your commitment or with a 30 day written notice 

  • Facial of the Month Club membership entitles you to one seasonal facial per month. You may upgrade services for an additional fee. 

  • Clinical Custom Facial entitles you to one Facial. 

  • You may receive unlimited additional facials during the month for $50(Clinical Custom only)

  • You receive 10% off all retail products. 

  • Your membership can be shared with one additional family member .( Clinical Custom only) 

  • You understand that if you are not able to come in a particular month, you forfeit the facial for that month. No refunds will be given for any remaining unused sessions.

  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with any additional offers.

  • Gratuities are not included in membership pricing. Our recommended standard gratuity is 18%-20% of the actual service fee.
